Store Policy

After booking an appointment you will immediately receive an email confirmation about your appointment, which includes time, date and the service you are receiving. There are no refunds on deposits whatsoever. If you fail to communicate effectively, meaning no call/no show, you will no longer be able to book in the future. EMAIL IS NOT AN EFFECTIVE WAY TO COMMUNICATE. Please be advised, EXTRA visitors are not allowed, this includes, children, friends, spouses and animals. Rescheduling should be at least 1-2 days prior to your appt in order for deposit to be transferable. If you wish to receive your deposit back, please be advised that there will be a $5 fee rendered. You will receive $20 in return. Thank you for your understanding! 

 

Mama Francois, LLC. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion and without details or reasons. For health and hygiene reasons, the hairstylist reserves the rights to refuse services to a client if the hair is deemed highly unsanitary or if the client has head lice during the service.
